Requirements

Adhesive dots are placed in the middle of the surface portal for gluing mattresses. The guide is used to move the portal in X and Y direction. For cost reasons, the mounting surfaces of the guides remain unmachined.

The aluminium roller guide FDA25 in a length of 2,000 mm.

Advantages

The guide unit moves at speeds of 50 m/min, driven by a toothed belt. The guide is mounted directly on the unmachined aluminium substructure. As aluminium is mounted on aluminium, there is no bimetal effect due to temperature fluctuations. This cost-effective solution makes the system competitive. With the aluminium roller guide you achieve maximum running smoothness. The preload of the system can be adjusted as required.
