Description

Franke LVA slewing rings are ready-to-install universal joints with housing rings made of steel and integrated wire roller bearings. Designed as 4-point bearings, they can withstand equal loads from all directions and are resistant to shocks and vibrations. LVA slewing rings are sealed on both sides. All Franke slewing rings are adjusted to be play-free with preload.

Ball race rings: hardened and tempered chrome-silicon steel
Rolling element: hardened rolling bearing steel
Cage: polyamide
Seal: NBR / alternatively FKM (Viton)
Operating temperature: -20 °C to +80 °C, up to +100 °C for short periods
Peripheral speed: max. 5 m/s, 10 m/s without seal
Grease: Shell Gadus S3 V220 C2
Relubrication: via threaded grease nipple to DIN 3405
