In a packaging machine, machine units should be moved quickly and safely. High cycle rates require dynamic movement patterns. Two units are to be moved on one axis.

Franke linear guides are combined with a special aluminium profile in the middle of which the magnets of the torque motor are placed. The roller shoes have highly dynamic rollers in a special arrangement to absorb the magnetic forces. This design reduces the installation space and allows compact designs. Two independently controllable motors ensure highly dynamic movements.
