In the packaging machine, coarse-grained materials for agriculture and the construction industry as well as foodstuffs are filled into tubular bags weighing up to 50kg. The components used must meet the high hygienic requirements and also be robust and insensitive.
Solution
Franke linear guide type FDA25K with base bodies made of aluminium and rollers with needle bearings. The large track rollers are insensitive to foreign bodies in the raceways and can be cleaned quickly and easily. Wipers on the end faces of the cassettes keep the raceways clean. The needle bearings are sealed, lubricated for life and maintenance-free.
