Next-generation profile guide – FDA standard now available in 80 mm size
With the new 80 mm size, FRANKE is expanding its tried-and-tested range of profile rail guides compliant with FDA standards with a high-performance innovation. Thanks to its increased profile width of 80 mm, the new rail offers exceptionally high rigidity. In particular, the tilting moment about the X-axis is increased by a factor of 4.7 compared with existing solutions. This makes the system ideally suited to applications involving high loads or long lever arms.

The wide aluminium profile replaces traditional single-rail and roller shoe combinations with a compact, integrated solution. The result:
